Hailang Huang received his bachelor's degree from Department of Electrical Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Automation, Shanghai University in 2010. Now he is the partner and CTO of Shanghai Turi Information Technology Co., LTD. Currently, he is a Ph.D. student of the Department of Civil Engineering in Tsinghua University. He mainly researches on intelligent transportation and traffic safety.
