Huiping Li received his bachelor's degree from the Department of Civil Engineering in Tsinghua University in 2016; and received his Ph.D. degree of the Department of Civil Engineering in Tsinghua University in 2021. His main research interests are machine learning traffic data mining, and missing values filling. Currently, he is working in China Development Bank.
